Planning Application - Land to West of Quernmore Road 25/00875/FUL

We have been informed that the above planning application has been submitted for Erection of 44 dwellings with associated development including landscaping, open space, car parking and access from Quernmore Road.

In addition, we have printed some documents for residents to view in the Cottam Room at the Victoria Institute which can be view during opening hours and non-private bookings of the space. Please do not remove these from the VI so it allows all residents to have access.
The Parish Council have requested an extension to 30th September 2025 for consultation to allow residents time to respond and to be discussed at the next Parish Council meeting which is taking place at the Victoria Institute on Tuesday 9th September 2025 at 7pm.
